Recruiting

Working with over 20 different schools and technical colleges and programs across Mexico, that provide a different education system where the central point of learning focuses on the practical area with laboratory workshops and professional internships experience throughout their careers. Specific careers that focus on hands-on education like Industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electricians, mechanics, automation technology.

Screening:  
  • Review applications and resumes, first document to review and ensure they meet the skills and experience needed for the position.
  • Technical assessments, depending on the nature of the technician role, candidates may be required to complete technical assessments or tests to demonstrate their proficiency in specific areas. These assessments could include written tests, coding challenges, practical exercises, or simulations
  • Background checks candidates may undergo background checks to verify their education, certifications, criminal history and other
  • relevant information.
Interviewing:  

Candidates who pass the initial screening and assessment are invited for one or more technical interviews with members of the hiring team. These interviews delve deeper into the candidate’s technical skills, knowledge, and experience. Alongside technical proficiency, there is an assessment of candidates for cultural fit and soft skills relevant to the role and team dynamics. This may include evaluating communication skills, adaptability, collaboration, and alignment with the company’s values and mission.

Onboarding:  
  • Main business of the company, values, mission and culture. (Who will they be working for).
  • Teaching the legal and payroll laws and procedures of the country of destination
  • Housing and location expectations.
  • Rules, procedures and expectations based on their focused key position in the company.
Training:  

The company will provide:

  • Manuals of equipment for the new candidates to review and learn before arrival.
  • Company politics and GMPs
  • Basic safety

Visa/Documents​

We manage the entire visa and documentation process of resourcs being hired through our highly experienced in house legal teams, who make sure all the doucmentation is in place, as per laws and regulations.

Housing

Housing is sourced for the staff based on the location and resource level, in the vicinity of the factory location to ensure timely resource availability, as and when required.

Transportation​

Company transportation is available to provide travel facilities to the staff and ensure they reach the location on time. Depending on the resource count and shift requirements, vehicles are accordingly arranged.
